喜讯：我院乳腺甲状腺专科黎君彦博士在国际学术期刊Clinical and Translational Oncology上连续发表高质量论文

2022年10月至11月，我院乳腺甲状腺专科黎君彦博士作为通讯作者在国际学术期刊Clinical and Translational Oncology杂志（JCR 3区，影响因子3.340）连续发表了两篇乳腺癌治疗的系列研究论文，“Adjuvant radiation therapy for older women with early?stage breast cancer: a propensity?matched SEER analysis”和“Comparison of survival outcomes between axillary and sentinel lymph node dissections in N1 breast cancer: analysis of data from the SEER database”。

两篇文章均利用美国SEER数据库，对比分析了赦免放疗、赦免腋窝清扫对部分乳腺癌患者预后的影响和临床可行性，为乳腺癌降阶梯治疗提供了有力证据。

腋窝淋巴结清扫和术后放疗是乳腺癌局部治疗的重要部分，是早期乳腺癌根治、降低乳腺癌复发转移的重要手段。但腋窝淋巴结清扫有可能导致患者上肢功能障碍、淋巴水肿等不良后果，放疗有可能导致心脏、肺等重要脏器损伤等。近年来，随着乳腺癌诊治的持续发展，早期乳腺癌的降阶梯治疗越来越受重视。

“Adjuvant radiation therapy for older women with early?stage breast cancer: a propensity?matched SEER analysis”研究证实，对于70岁以上的老年T3N0M0或者T1-2N1M0乳腺癌患者，乳房全切后赦免放疗是安全可行的。“Comparison of survival outcomes between axillary and sentinel lymph node dissections in N1 breast cancer: analysis of data from the SEER database”研究发现，对于部分保乳患者以及部分复发风险较低的乳房全切患者，即使有1枚腋窝淋巴结阳性，不进行腋窝淋巴结清扫也可以达到相同的预后结局。
